ZACH FAUST
CREATIVE DIRECTORZach leads the creative vision behind everything the company produces, providing artistic oversight across all productions. He works closely with the managing director to shape the company's marketing and brand presence, and lends support across the broader organization wherever it's needed.

KENZI PARSONS
MANAGING DIRECTORKenzi keeps the company running. She oversees finances, budgets, and contracts, manages administrative operations, and leads development and fundraising efforts. She also co-directs the company's marketing and branding strategy alongside Zach, and oversees internal operations and production logistics.

ZOE LEPPER
Zoe is the heartbeat of every production. She manages casting and talent from auditions through closing night, supporting the cast and crew throughout the entire process. She also provides artistic support across the company's work.

AMARI LEWIS
Amari is the company's connection to the wider world. She builds and nurtures relationships with community partners, peer organizations, and collaborators in the field. She is also developing long-term education initiatives, expanding the company's reach and impact beyond the stage.
